Here's a quick tip:
Don't take anything personal.
Hey, I work in an office with 75 women. I have perfected not taking anything personal. There's just so much that happens in every person's personal or profesional life everyday that no matter what they say or do... or fail to say or do to you, it probably has nothing to do with you anyway! It could be a angry phone call they just had, a sick family member, physical sickness or emotional pain of some kind, some bad news... you never know.
Then again, it might be because of you, but as long as you do the best that you can in every single moment... that's all anyone can really ever truly ask of you.
And if that's not good enough, well, you can always use the simple and powerful mantra from Ho'oponopono:
I'm sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Say all of it or part of it and repeat it (while relaxing your breathing) until you feel better. That means that you have released that stress from your body. It also means that you can now be in your best state for work and play. God knows I use it ALL the time! I do work with over 75 women after all...
And put a smile on their face everyday. Doing silly things works really well too. Hehe.
Hey, it's possible, just bring yourself back to your center of love and power with some kind of technique to let go of negativity (like the mantra above) whenever it hits you during the day. This helps you NOT transfer your bad mood to others as well because you let it go as it comes up.
Try it. You'll see. It really works. If you allow it.
