Hypnotize Yourself to Win


You've all probably heard of hypnosis right?
What about self-hypnosis?

It's pretty self-explanatory.

Hypnosis: Allowing someone to guide you to enter deep relaxation where resistance to ideas is lowered, and implanting powerful tools and mindsets to transform you into the person you desire to be. Your ultimate self. *This is only one use for hypnosis, there are many others. Also, this should never be used to attempt to harm or control anyone. If someone really doesn't want to do something, they won't do it anyway.*

Self-hypnosis: Teaching yourself to enter deep relaxation and creating vivid and powerful attitudes and dreams for yourself. Programming your own mind for the success you desire.

Sounds great right? But how do you do it?

Step 1: Find a place where you can be alone and undisturbed for 30-60 mins.

Step 2: Get as comfortable as possible, without falling asleep. Try sitting instead of lying down to avoid sleeping.

Step 3:Learn to relax completely. That means focusing on your breath, the sensation in your body by scanning from toe to head as you release tension throughout... And just learning to let go of all tension and resistance inside of your body first. The mind will let go as well. The more relaxed you are, the better.

Step 4: Imagine in your mind a sanctuary. Somewhere where you can always go to relax and find peace. A garden, a wonderful room, a place in nature... whatever makes you feel relaxed and calm and comfortable throughout.

Step 5: See, feel and experience yourself there as the ideal you. Make it vivid and powerful in any way you can, using as many senses as possible. See it, hear it, touch it, smell it, taste it...

Step 6: Ask yourself this question. What is this person's mindset? How do they think? How do they act? This will give you guidance on who you need to become to be your ideal self.

Step 7: After enjoying that experience you can even ask your "ideal self" some questions. You can talk to yourself and learn from yourself. You already have the wisdom inside of you, all you need to do is listen to what you know to be true. This is a great way to do it. You could also learn from a favorite teacher from history or character you love. Just bring them in and let them come alive as you have a conversation. It's still you talking, but you might just be surprised by what you learn about yourself. Try it.

Step 8: Remember the advice you get from your "ideal self" and put it to use once you open your eyes and get back into your day.

Step 9: Remember how you looked and how you felt as your "ideal self" and start standing, breathing, talking, walking and acting that way throughout your day. You are now becoming your "ideal self" day by day. Others will notice it too.

Step 10: Take 5 minutes to do this every single day. Or just 5 seconds if you have no time. Close your eyes, relax completely and remember how it feels to be the real you. The one who wins. Reinforce it everyday and it will anchor itself in your mind and body. Soon, you will win.

Go find a quiet seat and hypnotize yourself to win.

Do it right now. Or you'll forget.
