Do You Have Any Limits?

Many talk about thinking big and doing great things and having no limits at all... but is it really true?

Or should we be more realistic in terms of what we can really be, or do, or have?

The answer you receive to these questions will depend on who you ask.

Let me be as brutally honest as I can be in this moment... and hopefully you can be just as brutally honest with yourself as you read this.

So here is the brutal truth, swallow it if you can, revisit it later if it's too much for you right now:

You are exactly where you are because of who you have been. Who you are being now, is taking you to where you will be next. If you like where you are going, keep going. If you want more, you must first BE more.

Now, what the bleep does that mean?

In simple terms, it means that we have the potential inside of us to become ANYTHING we desire.

We have the potential to unleash so much power and wisdom that there really are NO limits to what we can achieve.

Notice I used the word "potential".

Why?

Because it's not just something we are given. Yes, it's ours to use, but we must make a choice and reclaim our power! If we wait for the power to come to us, we will wait forever. We must want it, desire it, look for it inside of ourselves and proclaim that "YES!" we are ready and we accept it.

Think about that for a second.

If you were to take a few deep, relaxing breaths right now (go ahead...I'll wait) and allow your mind to look deep inside of yourself for a moment... what do you find? Deep peace and an ocean of love of such extraordinary immensity that all the oceans of the world could not equal it's power. For the true, extraordinary power that can never be equalled lies dormant inside of each and every one of us... we just walk around clueless to this fact and searching everywhere to answer the call for more that actually comes from deep within.

Now what if you took a second to look deep inside... stare straight into the darkness of that immense ocean of the power of life inside of you... stood up straight and said "I'm ready now".
If you did that, if you said that - and meant it - the floodgates would open in your body and mind and the full power of your spirit would come crashing in.

You would never be the same... and nothing would ever hold you back.

Does that sound good?

Yeah, well, most people would have too much fear to even attempt this little journey to the center of their soul. I highly recommend it, and am exploring it myself at the moment, but for a more "ease yourself into it" type of practice, give Ho'oponopono at try.

Ho o... what?

It's an old Hawaiian practice that allows you to pretty much heal yourself and the entire world you experience simply by putting yourself into a state with no limits.

How?

Simply by repeating to yourself a mantra until you feel better, which means that you cleared yourself of the block that was causing you to feel constricted in some way. When you clean or clear that space within yourself, you make it much easier to create what you want in the world because there is nothing in you now holding you back.

Pretty cool, eh?

Anyway, here's the basic mantra:

"I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

Doesn't sound too powerful? Well, if you try it, you will see for yourself. Most of the time, it's what's inside of us that hold us back from what we want. Once we forgive ourselves and feel good about ourselves, the rest takes care of itself. There's a lot more to it than this, a therapist actually healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients using this method... without personally seeing any of them!

It'll blow your mind.
